Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, store it in a sealed bag or container.

FROM AMBIENT: Soak for min of 8 hours before cooking. Rinse, drain and put in saucepan, cover with water and bring to boil. Simmer for 75-90 minutes until tender. Season to taste.
