PREPAPATION Ad 2 pats of water to one part of Praise Abemu Dro Concantrate and boil for about 20 miutes . Add meat or fish, onions, tomatoes and spices and boil for another 20 miutes.

Ingredients

Palm Cream, pea aubergine,Palmcrème, aubergine, tetrapleura (prekese), salt.

Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
