Peace in time of war
Peace in time of war
In the ongoing Rosh's special unification operations or war whatever way you may see it, many have and many will lose their lives. The plight of that young mother weeping for her children and her home, that father who has through his life fought and warded off attacks from his family now see a battle that seems to be bigger than him but like other times will have to stand and fight knowing he might not win this time.
I see the plight of that young lady or that young man, who can't help but see his education, livelihood evaporate in a twinkle of an eye. That young child who does not understand the meaning of what surrounds her or him, the rubble, the pain, the cry, the fearsome braveness of his or her father who has to stay for war. War is a terrible thing, no matter the shape that it comes in, a war against a country, an individual in the form of sickness is a terrible thing.
War does not only destroys the life of an individual or a country but humanity as a whole. Humanity is a family and until we realise this and change our attitudes towards one another we will end up destroying ourselves. No war lasts forever, it does always end, but the pain and the cost that comes with it may last for generations, a scar that may never be healed. That individual riddled with sickness may die and enter into eternal peace but the people he leaves behind will have to suffer the loss forever. A country may seize to fight but the consequences of the war may last forever.
I say, when will man learn to know we are one family and treat each one with fairness and conscience, when will men wash the feet of one another and move from the mentality of a bigger me and a smaller you which will always bring battles unnecessary. You may slum one with a hummer because you are bigger than him or her, he may run and hide or give up because of the fear of your height, sight or stature but remember, that pain in heart of the downtrodden will come hunting and there will not be any place to hide.
Man can leave together in Peace, humanity should know that we are a body - there is a hand, feet, head etc - parts that should work together in soundness - but how can the body be sound if one part thinks he is better than the other. Until man stops the actions that bring cancer into this wonderful body called humanity, that cancer that has started from one part will spread to the whole body and will eventually kill humanity. Get back to common sense human, sit and discuss, understand one another deeply and save yourself.
