Refund policy

You have the right to cancel and return an order within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification as long as it's in its original packaging, except our computers which may incur a 11% restocking fee if you just want to return it without any issue.

If your computer has a genuine issue, the restocking fee does not apply. Please read carefully computer specs before buying. All our computers are Ex-Demo unless noted otherwise as new or used.   

Ex-Demo Computers come with the same warranty as new computers but are cheaper. Ex-demo computers are Ex-Displays, they are unused.

Medications: Medications and foodstuffs are not returnable.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How do I Process My Returns

E-mail or text us your concerns and we will make sure to come back to you within 3 working days. 

Get product support

We offer solutions to help you try to fix any issues so that you can prevent the stress of returns and also keep the love of the thing you have bought. Because sometimes no return is the easiest return after all.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

1. Book with obvious signs of use 
2. CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
3. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
