Prepare and Use
For Traditional Pancakes: Mix in ratio of 1kg dry mix to 1.25 litres of cold water For Crepes: Mix in the ratio of 1kg dry mix to 1.5 litres water. Mix to a smooth consistency, beating out all of the lumps. Cook in a pan or a griddle as required. Yield: Approx 87 x 100ml portions of crepe batter per 3.5kg bag Approx 78 x 100ml portions of pancake batter per 3.5kg bag
