Berry Pine Cocktail
Picture being sat in the beer garden, sipping our brilliant Berry Pine Cocktail, sipping the summer flavours of strawberry and lemon, then garnish with pink peppercorns and rosemary!
A refreshing concoction to draw in those bright summer nights! Tempt those tastes buds with a sensational burst of fruit!
Make it fancy with garnishes of berries and rosemary!
- Ingredients

- 50ml Gin
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 25ml Simply Strawberry syrup
- Soda water
- Ice
- Method

- Build in a cocktail shaker filler with ice, lemon juice, strawberry syrup and gin.
- Shake well and strain into a glass with fresh ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with black pepper foam, rosemary sprig and pink peppercorns.
