Store in a cool, dry place. Re-seal bag after use. Best before end: See front of pack.

FROM AMBIENT: Add the pasta to a large pan of boiling water, stir and return to the boil. Cook, uncovered, for 9 minutes, or until the desired texture has been achieved. Drain thoroughly and serve immediately. Cook and Serve Later: Add the pasta to a large pan of boiling water, stir and return to the boil. Cook, uncovered for 5 minutes. Drain thoroughly and rinse with cold water until the pasta is cold. Portion the pasta and place in sealed plastic bags or other lidded containers. Label clearly and refrigerate (1-5°C). Reheat the pasta by boiling for 2 minutes. Drain and serve as usual.
