Store in a cool, dry place. Once baked store in an airtight container. Best before end: see base of pack.

Usage
You Will Need: 50g unsalted butter; 2 medium eggs. Baking Instructions All appliances are different, so this is a general guide. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Step 1 - Prep Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4. Assemble the cardboard tray provided and place on a baking tray. Step 2 - Mix Add the butter to a small microwaveable bowl and add all of the chocolate chunks. Microwave on full power for 30-60 seconds, stirring occasionally until all the chocolate and butter has melted. Leave to one side. Empty the brownie mix sachet into a mixing bowl and add the eggs. Mix with a wooden spoon until fully combined and then fold in the melted chocolate and butter mixture. Step 3 - Bake Pour the mixture into the cardboard baking tray and bake in the centre of the oven for 25-28 minutes. Step 4 - Cool Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely in the baking tray. Once cool remove from the tray - and cut into 12 squares. And... Enjoy!
