Handling and Cooking
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer any unused contents to a non-metallic container, cover and refrigerate (1°C to 5°C). Consume within 2 days. Best Before End: See end of can.

Usage
Preparation guidlines: Shake well before opening. Dilute 1 part evaporated milk with 11/2 parts water to obtain the equivalent of full cream milk. For tea, coffee and cocoa use undiluted.
