Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Honesty Sales account, including accounts used in the Honesty Sales app for iPhone, iPad and Android (published by Honesty Sales Ltd).

How to request deletion

In the app: open the You tab, sign in, scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.

Without the app: email sales@honestysales.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account", or message us on WhatsApp on +44 7777 679346.

We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your customer account: name, email address, phone number, saved addresses and preferences
• Notification tokens for your devices and your notification choices
• Your order history from your account view

What is kept

• Order and payment records we must keep by law for tax and accounting (normally 6 years), held securely and used only for that purpose
