Pistachio and white chocolate are such a classic combination so this white hot chocolate recipe had to be done. The subtle addition of rose brings a whole new level of botanical flavour, making it a great romantic option.

Our pistachio syrup is nut free, so you can omit nuts if needed simply by choosing a different flavour sauce! White chocolate or cherry are excellent options to complement these flavours.

- 2 pumps (15ml) Simply Pistachio Syrup
- 1 pump (7.5ml) Simply Rose Syrup or Simply Sugar Free Rose Syrup
- 2 scoops (34g) Simply White Chocolate Powder
- Steamed milk
- Whipped cream
- Simply Pistachio Topping Sauce
- Instructions

- Combine your white chocolate powder with your syrups.
- Add a small amount of steamed milk and stir into a paste.
- Top with the rest of the steamed milk.
- Decorate with whipped cream and pistachio sauce.
