Préparer et utiliser
Instructions de cuisson 1 kg de mélange à pâte 3,5 kg de mélange à pâte 1,2 litre d'eau froide 4,2 litres d'eau froide Étape 1 Pesez la quantité requise de mélange dans un bol à mélanger et ajoutez l'eau froide. Étape 2 Fouettez à vitesse lente pendant 30 secondes, puis raclez et fouettez encore 3 minutes pour former une pâte crémeuse. Étape 3 Tapotez la surface des aliments à recouvrir, ajoutez la farine puis enduisez-les de pâte. Étape 4 Faites frire à 160°C - 175°C jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient bien chauds et dorés. Toutes les friteuses varient. Consultez le manuel du fabricant pour déterminer la meilleure température de friture. Trucs et astuces Ajoutez de la bière ou de la bière blonde à la place de l'eau pour obtenir une pâte à la bière légère et croustillante. Utilisez de l’eau gazeuse au lieu de l’eau du robinet pour obtenir une pâte de style tempura plus légère et plus croustillante. Aromatisez votre pâte avec des épices comme le cumin, le curry, la cannelle ou la muscade.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
