Yield Guide To make 500ml (5 portions), Jelly crystals 88g, Boiling water 200ml, Cold water 250ml To make 1 litre (10 portions), Jelly crystals 175g, Boiling water 400ml, Cold water 500ml To make 20 litres (200 portions), Jelly crystals 3500g, Boiling water 7 litres, Cold water 11 litres Preparation Instructions 1. Dissolve the jelly crystals in the boiling water. 2. Stir well until completely dissolved. 3. Add the cold water and stir well. 4. Pour into moist moulds and leave to set in a refrigerator.
