Le super neutrose gallia de Louis François est un stabilisateur de sorbet, conçu pour empêcher la formation de cristaux lors de la prise des liquides. Cela garantit une texture lisse et une cuillère plus douce. Il augmente également le volume et contribue à ralentir la fonte au fur et à mesure que le sorbet est amené à table.
Dose recommandée :
Sorbets aux fruits 4 à 5 g/l
Mode d'emploi:
Mélangez le stabilisateur de sorbet avec la quantité totale de sucre de la recette.
Ajoutez ce mélange de poudre au liquide de la recette en remuant. Le stabilisateur de sorbet formera des grumeaux au contact de la matière grasse, ce qui signifie que le lait et la crème ne conviennent pas.
Laisser reposer le mélange environ 15 minutes pour le processus de maturation (c'est à dire afin de laisser le stabilisant agir correctement)
Augmentez la température tout en remuant et continuez comme d'habitude.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
