ORS Olive Oil Professional Neutralizing Shampoo neutralizes, conditions and detangles the hair after a relaxer service. Conditions hair as you shampoo and contains chelating agents that remove surface residue and calcium build-up from the hair. Directions: Wet the hair. Apply shampoo and work into a lather. Rinse hair thoroughly. Repeat shampoo, leaving on the hair for 2-3 minutes before rinsing. Rinse hair thoroughly and towel dry. Ingredients: Aqua (Water), Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, Ammonium Laureth Sulfate, Disodium Cocoamphodipropionate, Cocamide Mea, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glycol Distearate, Laureth-10, Trideceth-7 Carboxylic Acid, Polyquaternium-7, Polyquaternium-10, Ppg-5-ceteth-10 Phosphate, Cetrimonium Chloride, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Panthenol, Lauryl Glucoside, Coco-glucoside, Glyceryl Oleate, Sulfated Castor Oil, Lecithin, Propylene Glycol, Peg-12 Oleate, Capric/caprylic Triglycerides, Disodium Edta, Dmdm Hydantoin, Methylchloroisothiazoliby product, Methylisothiazoliby product, Parfum (Fragrance), Hexyl Cinnamal, Lilial.

We offer free standard postage (2-3 working days) and an upgrade to Royal Mail 24 for 99p (30p for each additional item). Any order that we receive before 2pm on a working day will be dispatched on the same day. However, although we promise to dispatch your order quickly, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations. If you have any concerns about delivery, contact us.

Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, certain parts of Scotland, Europe and the rest of the world will usually take a little longer to arrive.

Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us.

Unwanted Goods

Please return goods unused and in original packaging in perfect condition for resale within 30 days of receipt. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. A full refund will be made on receipt of the returned goods. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted goods.

Faulty Goods

If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge. Exchanging goods If you would like to exchange any items please contact us and we will do our best to get your exchanged items to you. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending the unwanted item back to us and also the shipping costs for sending out the exchange item.

Changing or Cancelling your order

If you would like to cancel your order please do so before it has been dispatched. This is usually before 2pm on the same working day. If you would like to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched we will happily take payment of the extra items and send all items out together. If your order has already been dispatched we cannot add any more items and you will be required to place an additional order.

Will any return costs be refunded?

If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us (either by a personalized pre-paid return label or by refunding your return postage costs). We'll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to recharge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

When will I receive my refund? We process all refunds the same day we receive the goods back and it can take up to 3-5 working days for the refund to show on your card.

Honesty Sales Delivery Policy

We ship internationally!

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight and dimensions. Order processing takes 1–3 working days. In case of any delays, we will notify you promptly.

We offer free U.K wide deliveries on orders over £300 and free local deliveries on orders of £100 or more to Wolverhampton.

We mainly use 48hr delivery service on all our orders, except fresh items such as; meats, vegetables, frozen items etc.. which we use 24hr delivery service. Unless a customer specifies otherwise, when making their order or call us to instruct us otherwise, these are the main service we use, Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 48.

Scooter and Electric Bikes

Greater percentage of our scooters and Bikes come from Europe, China and America. Because of this, these items takes a bit of a time to get to the customer. Time of delivery is usually a month to a month and a half.

Please bear with us in such cases.

If we are not able to get these items to you in a month to a month and a half, we will cancell order and refund the money back into the customer's account.

Computers and Electronic Items

Our Computer and Electronic items takes maximum 7 working days to get to our customers. All our Electronics are sourced from our U.K warehouse.

Shipping & Packaging Notice for Fresh and Frozen Items

We take extra care in packaging fresh foods such as meats, fish, and frozen items to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. Frozen items are packed with gel ice packs and wrapped in foil packaging to help maintain the correct temperature during transit. Other chilled items are wrapped in foil only, without gel packs.

All fresh and frozen products are shipped using a 24-hour delivery service to preserve freshness.
Please make sure to select the 24-hour delivery option at checkout for these items.

Please Note:
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely and in good condition. However, we cannot take responsibility for any items that may thaw during transit, provided they were properly frozen at the time of shipping.

Due to the perishable nature of these products, fresh and frozen food items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
