Verwendung
Zubereitungshinweise Gießen Sie unter ständigem Rühren mit einem Schneebesen kochendes Wasser auf das Goldenfry-Soßengranulat. Für eine dickere Soße fügen Sie einfach mehr Granulat hinzu. Nach der Zubereitung kann die Soße im Wasserbad (63 °C oder höher) bis zu 4 Stunden aufbewahrt werden. Zubereitung: 1 Liter, Soßengranulat: 72 g (ca. 4 gehäufte Esslöffel), kochendes Wasser: 1 Liter, empfohlene Anzahl Portionen (50 ml): 20 Zubereitung: 3 Liter, Soßengranulat: 216 g (ca. 12 gehäufte Esslöffel) , Kochendes Wasser: 3 Liter, empfohlene Anzahl an Portionen (50 ml): 60.
