Shallow Fry
FROM CHILLED: Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a pan until hot. Place mince into the hot pan and break down, pan fry over a high heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently. Drain fat off halfway through and continue until thoroughly cooked.
