Louis Francois Super Neutrose Gallia ist ein Sorbetstabilisator, der die Bildung von Kristallen beim Erstarren von Flüssigkeiten verhindern soll. Dies sorgt für eine glatte Textur und eine weichere Schaufel. Es erhöht auch das Volumen und trägt dazu bei, dass das Sorbet langsamer schmilzt, wenn es auf den Tisch gebracht wird.
Empfohlene Dosis:
Fruchtsorbets 4 bis 5 g/l
Gebrauchsanweisung:
Mischen Sie den Sorbet-Stabilisator mit der gesamten Zuckermenge im Rezept.
Geben Sie diese Pulvermischung unter Rühren zur Flüssigkeit im Rezept. Sorbetstabilisator bildet bei Kontakt mit Fett Klumpen, daher sind Milch und Sahne nicht geeignet.
Lassen Sie die Mischung für den Reifungsprozess etwa 15 Minuten ruhen (damit der Stabilisator richtig wirken kann).
Unter Rühren die Temperatur erhöhen und wie gewohnt fortfahren.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
