Mikrowelle
AUS DER UMGEBUNG: In der Mikrowelle:* 1. Befolgen Sie die Schritte 1 und 2 oben. 2. Die restliche Milch hinzufügen und 6 Minuten lang bei voller Leistung kochen, dabei nach der Hälfte der Garzeit umrühren. 3. Vor dem Servieren 1 Minute ruhen lassen. * Das heißt, dies ist nicht für große Mischmengen geeignet.
Kochfeld
AUS DER UMGEBUNG: 1. Puddingpulver und Zucker in einen Topf geben, kalte Milch hinzufügen und zu einer glatten Paste verrühren. 2. Gießen Sie vorsichtig heiße Milch (fast kochend) auf die Vanillesoße und rühren Sie gut um. 3. Zurück in den Topf geben und bei schwacher Hitze unter ständigem Rühren zum Kochen bringen, bis die Masse eingedickt ist.
