This company sent me frozen salt and pepper squid in Royal Mail post. I received an email last week in the heatwave saying that the squid was in Wolverhampton. Then another email saying it will be collected by Royal Mail (Royal Mail do not deliver frozen) so Honestysales took it upon themselves to use this carriage with no special instructions for Royal Mail to follow for faster delivery, as this would have eaten ( pun intended) into their profits. I’d ordered the catering pack of squid, which arrived as a defrosted stinky mess of mush. Poisoning on the cards here and breaking every Health and hygiene regulations. Running a food business really!! See pictures of the temperature that it arrived to my home 23 degrees at 10am in the morning, so imagine what temperature it was earlier that day. Note the mushy mess. And the smell when I opened the package.
