Add the noodles to about 300ml of water, bring to the boil, then stir in the punchy chow mein seasoning and simmer for four minutes. Why not try them with chopped veggies or chicken to create a more complete meal? Or, add an egg – boiled, scrambled or mixed directly into the broth – to give that extra flavour to a quick lunch.
