Boil
FROM CHILLED: This product is raw and requires cooking. Allow 20 minutes per 450g (1lb) plus 20 minutes. Remove all packaging. Place the joint in a large pan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer for the calculated cooking time. Top up the water level with boiling water as required to ensure meat is kept covered. Cook throughout to a minimum core temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement). Cooking times may vary.
