What Are Rolled Whole Leaves? Our tea is plucked from the top of the plant, using its newest leaves - known as 'two leaves and a bud'. After drying they are left as intact as possible and gently rolled instead of chopped. The result is a smoother, sweeter cup of tea than from broken, chopped up leaves from the bottom of the plant.

Usage
Easy as one, two, three. Making a perfect tea isn't rocket science. You just need the right tea, temperature and time. 1 A level scoop {or 2 tsps} per pot is perfect. 2 Check your brewing temperature below. If it's boiling water, you're good to go. If you need it cooler, add cold water to the pot before pouring over the hot stuff. 3 Rolled whole leaves take time to brew - a minimum of 3 minutes is best and no more than 5 as you'll start getting a more bitter cup. 100° Boiling water is spot on 3-5 Minutes of brewing time

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
