Storage
Always store frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Best before end: See side of box.
Usage
Defrosting Guidelines Remove required amount of frozen profiteroles from packaging. Defrost at room temperature for 1 hour or in a refrigerator for approximately 2 1/2 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Just before serving, place required number of sauce sachets into hot water for 1 minute. Remove carefully, open the sauce sachets and pour over each serving of profiteroles. Do not defrost this product in a microwave oven.
