Usage
Preparation Instructions 1. Weigh out required amount of custard mix as per table and place into a large bowl. 2. Pour boiling water onto the custard powder and mix with either a fork or whisk until smooth and creamy, ensuring all the powder at the bottom is mixed in. 10g custard mix + 50ml boiling water = 1 serving 200g custard mix + 1 litre boiling water = 20 servings 1kg custard mix + 5 litres boiling water = 100 servings The custard can be kept in a bain marie at 63°C or above for up to 2 hours.
