Description
Dalgety Cerassie/Corilla Tea, 40g
Dalgety Cerassie Tea, also known as Corilla Tea, is a type of herbal tea made from the leaves of the cerasee plant (Momordica charantia). The cerasee plant is a vine that is native to tropical regions, including parts of Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean.
Cerassie tea is popular in Caribbean and African traditional medicine and is known for its potential health benefits. It is often consumed for its cleansing and detoxifying properties. Some of the potential benefits associated with cerassie tea include:
Blood sugar regulation: Cerassie tea is believed to help regulate blood sugar levels, potentially benefiting those with diabetes or those at risk of developing it. However, it is important to note that more scientific research is needed to confirm its effectiveness.
Detoxification: Cerassie tea is considered a natural detoxifier that helps to cleanse the body and remove toxins. It is believed to support liver and kidney health.
Digestive health: Cerassie tea is often used to promote healthy digestion and alleviate digestive issues such as bloating, constipation, and indigestion.
Weight management: Some people believe that cerassie tea may aid in weight management by supporting metabolism and promoting satiety. However, it is not a substitute for a healthy diet and exercise.
It's important to note that while cerassie tea has a long history of traditional use, scientific research on its health benefits is limited. If you're considering using cerassie tea for its potential health benefits, it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional to ensure it is safe for you and won't interfere with any existing medical conditions or medications you may be taking.
