Bought the Porridge which by the way is lovely. I had a speedy delivery unfortunately the delivery people had been rough and broke two pots. I emailed and immediately got a phone call and I had a refund without any hassle. I am now about to order some more. Honest people to do business with. Immediate replies to emails. Doesn't get any better. I also suggested a buffer between the pots.
