Keep refrigerated (1°C to 5°C). Use By: See front of pack. Suitable for Freezing Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use and use within 24 hours. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.

FROM CHILLED: Remove the steak from the fridge and remove packaging 20 minutes before cooking, season and oil the steak. Fry: Place in a hot pan and cook for 1 minute each side, reduce to medium heat and cook for the following times: Rare: 1 minute each side Medium: 2-3 minutes each side Well done: 4-5 minutes each side Remove from the pan and rest on a warm plate for 5 minutes before serving.
