Assam in north eastern India has a hot, humid climate which is perfect for producing tea that has a malty flavour and bronze colour. Assam tea leaves are picked whilst they are young, ensuring that their distinctive flavour is preserved.

Usage
Directions for use: Place tea bag in a cup or pot (one per person) with tag over the side. Pour on freshly boiled water. Allow to brew for 2-3 minutes. Add milk and sugar to taste.
