Prepare and Use
Mix in a ratio of 1kg dry mix to 1 litre of tepid water and 150ml of cooking oil. For Belgium style waffle: To 1kg of dry mix add 2 Eggs, 150g Butter, 500ml tepid Milk, 500ml tepid water Yield: Approx. 35 x 100ml waffle portions as sold per 3.5kg bag Set waffle iron to 170°C (medium setting) and cook for 4 minutes. Also suitable for making American Pancakes
