Obatam Pa Nyamedea Cereal - Legume Mix (Tom Brown) -500g
Ingredients
Beans, Rice, Corn and Soya Beans.
No or additives added, once opened close properly
Preparation
1. Heat water for about 5 minutes
2. Take part of the flour into the hot water and stare to a fine mix
3. Pour the mixed flour into the hot water, using a spoon or wooden ladle and place over moderate heat for 5 minutes.
4. Add a little more water if a higher consistency is required
5. Add sugar, milk if required, best served with bread.
