FROM CHILLED: Remove from packaging, pop in the microwave and heat on full power. Squeeze over the BBQ sauce, then enjoy! 800W: Heat for 1 Minute 30 Seconds Stand for 30 Seconds Or for the perfect bun, heat burger on full power reducing the cooking time by 20 seconds and toast bun.

FROM CHILLED: Place patty on a baking tray. Cook on medium heat for 6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
